So we will first round of to 2 Decimal place. so for that we have to take 4 zeros after 90.

=√90.0000

=9.48

So as after decimal point there is 4 and after four there is 8 which is greater than 5 that's why 1 will be added to 4.

so 9.(4+1)

=9.5
