‘Ethical practices in organisations bring down corruption’

Corruption is an evil that one admits to instinctively as they work for one’s vested interests. Many times this might involve compromising with what is usually right. Political corruption is elections skewed by voting. Usually, many organizations skew voting by their own agendas by paying huge amounts of money and donations. Also, many tenders and projects are bought by organizations by unethical means.

Following ethics and having a standard behaviour prevents one from doing such unethical acts. Therefore, corruption can be fought to a huge extent when one follows ethics and abides by ethical rules and behaviour.

When the leaders of an organization follow ethical rules, the juniors and other employees are sure to abide by the ethics too.

Therefore, ethical behaviour at organizations can help in preventing corruption to a huge extent and encourage following ethics and protocols.
