Good morning everyone present here. I am going to express my views on ‘Ethical practices in organisations bring down corruption’.  Ethical behavior is contagious. It attracts everyone’s attention. Everyone appreciates ethical practices.

Corruption is an evil that everyone inherits by default in one’s nature. Everyone instinctively works for one’s vested interests, at times compromising with what is usually right. Suppose there is an ethical person in an organization, his presence and way of working becomes a standard of acceptable behavior for others. His team members or fellow workers who indulge in corrupt practices have to be careful, forcing them to be ethical and honest.

Ethics are in high demand. The managers, CEOs, Directors, or Managers expect the people working under them to be ethical. Whenever incentives, salary raise or any other promotion is to be given out, ethics and performance are the basic criteria. 

Thus ethical persons in an organization motivate everyone to be ethical that indirectly discourages corruption.

Ethics have important role in the man's behaviours development. The issue of corruption is the major concern as well as the hurdles in the development or progress of any organization and country. The main cause of corruption is the lower moral value of the people. But with the ethical practices in a organization the positive development in decreasing the corruption can bring.
Ethics taught a man about the ideal living behaviour while livig with in society as well as the organization.it tells the different between wrong and right and what should be done , thus motivating the individual to not to get involved in any type of corruption.
Also, the mindset of a individual can be changed through it which also help in bringing down the rate of corruption. Moreover a sense of responsibility is created within a individual which cause a individual to take the responsibilities what he should be doing. Thus prevent a person to do the immoral activities , ultimately helps in decreasing of corruption at organization level.
