Ethics & moral values in judicial administration

Explanation:

  • Judicial ethics forms part of the wider legal ethics framework. Judicial ethics includes principles and guidelines which relate to judges and which address topics such as how competence, impartiality and incorrectness are preserved.
  • Integrity, aside from some, is the distinguishing characteristic of judicial discipline. The judge is in the process of ensuring that the justice temple does not crumble from within which leads to a collapse in the justice system which results in public trust in the system being destroyed. The judge must be very vigilant.
  • It is ridiculous to consider the consequences of law & judicial principles without judicial morality. Judicial morality is a feeling which must be nurtured in an accountable citizen 's mind but fostered by an independent judiciary with moral values & ethics. In cases of lack of legal competence and legal honesty, substantive principles can not be maintained. It is necessary, and important to remember that it is not only essential that they can be heard but also it is vital, also they feel that they were heard. The principle of the morality must be exercised in the court of law to address their complaints.
