Answer:

Ethyl alcohol (C2H5OH) + oxidation(o) → ethanoic acid (CH3COOH)

Ethanoic acid (CH3COOH) + Decarboxylation (Cao) → Methane (CH4) + CO2

Methane + Chlorination (Cl2) → Chloromethane

Chloromethane + Thionyl Chloride → Methanol (CH3OH)

Explanation:

Ethyl alcohol on oxidation produces Ethoic acid which on decarboxylation results in the the products Methane and Carbondioxide.

The produced Methane when reacts with Thionyl Chloride and Methanol is the product.
