Thank you for asking this question

Euclid stated that all right angles are equal to each other in the form of fourth postulate. The correct answer is option C) a postulate.

He said that because one line perpendicular to another can help make the right angle and this makes one angle equal to another.

He never used protractors or measured and angle instead he focused on how many angles can be added up to make a right angle.
