C) Dicots

Eustele is the stele characteristic of dicotyledonous flowers which is comprised of vascular packets of xylem and phloem beaches with parenchymal compartments between the bundles.

In monocots, the vascular bunches also lead to be approaching the surface of the stem. Dicot vascular membrane creates a cylinder near the middle of the stem. Monocot roots, interestingly, have their vascular packages organized in a ring. Dicot roots have their xylem in the middle of the root and phloem exterior the xylem.
