 we \:know \:that ,

 If \: x + y + z = 0 \:then

 x^{3}+y^{3}+z^{3} = 3xyz

 Here\: x = 1.5 , \: y = -0.9 \:and \: z = -0.6

 x + y + z

 = 1.5 - 0.9 - 0.6

 = 0 \: --(1)

 Value \:of \: 1.5^{3} - 0.9^{3} - 0.6^{3}

 = (1.5)^{3} + (-0.9)^{3} + (-0.6)^{3}

 = 3xyz

 = 3 \times (1.5)\times (-0.9) \times (-0.6)

 = 2.43

Therefore.,

 \red{Value \:of \: 1.5^{3} - 0.9^{3} - 0.6^{3}} \green { = 2.43}
