 _{k = 0} Σ ^{100}(3) +  _{k = 0} Σ ^{100}(5k)

303 +  5(_{k = 0}  Σ ^{100}(k))

303 + 5( \frac{100(101)}{2} )

303 +  (250)(101)

303+ 25250

 _{k = 0} Σ ^{100}(3 + 5k) = 25553
