Hello dear

( \frac{2}{11}  \times  \frac{22}{15} ) + (  \frac{ - 1}{6}  \times  \frac{3}{4} ) + ( \frac{ - 1}{21}  \times   \frac{ - 3}{5} ) \\  \\  =  \frac{4}{15}  +  \frac{ - 1}{8}  +  \frac{ - 1}{35}  \\  \\  =  \frac{224 - 105 + 24}{840}  \\  \\  =  \frac{143}{840}

Hope it helps.

Concept:

Simplification using BODMAS.

BODMAS is a rule which tells us the order of mathematical operations.

In BODMAS,

B stands for Brackets

O stands for Of

D stands for Division

M stands for Multiplication

A stands for Addition

S stands for Subtraction

The order of these operations is also the same as they are written.

Given:

(2/11×22/15)+(-1/6×3/4)+(-1/21×-3/5)

Answer:

(2/11×22/15)+(-1/6×3/4)+(-1/21×-3/5) = 143/840

Solution:

= (2/11×22/15)+(-1/6×3/4)+(-1/21×-3/5)

= (\frac{2}{11} \times \frac{22}{15} ) + (-\frac{1}{6} \times \frac{3}{4} ) + (-\frac{1}{21} \times - \frac{3}{5})

First of all, according to BODMAS, we will solve brackets.

=  (\frac{2}{1} \times \frac{2}{15} ) + (-\frac{1}{2} \times \frac{1}{4} ) + (-\frac{1}{7} \times - \frac{1}{5})

= (\frac{4}{15}  ) + (-\frac{1}{8}) + (\frac{1}{35} )

= \frac{4}{15}   -\frac{1}{8} + \frac{1}{35}

Now, we will do addition.

= \frac{4}{15} + \frac{1}{35} -\frac{1}{8}

LCM of 15 and 35 is 105.

= \frac{7(4) + 1(3)}{105} - \frac{1}{8}

= \frac{28 + 3}{105} - \frac{1}{8}

= \frac{31}{105}  - \frac{1}{8}

Now we will do subtraction.

LCM of 105 and 8 is 840.

= \frac{31(8) - 1(105)}{840}

= \frac{248 - 105}{840}

= \frac{143}{840}

Hence, the answer is  \frac{143}{840}.
