To evaluate : \frac{2}{3}\times [\frac{3}{4} + \frac{2}{5}+ \frac{5}{2}]

Solution :

  • To solve the above equation we will follow BODMAS rule.
  • It is the rule used to remember the order of operations to be followed while solving expressions in mathematics.
  • where,

     \begin{array}{l} \\B= brackets \\\mathrm{O}=\text { order of powers or rules } \\\mathrm{D}=\text { Division } \\\mathrm{M}=\text { multiplication } \\\mathrm{A}=\text { addition } \\\mathrm{S}=\text { subtraction }\end{array}$$

  • According to above rule we will solve .
  • \frac{2}{3}\times [\frac{3}{4} + \frac{2}{5}+ \frac{5}{2}]

        = \frac{2}{3} [\frac{15 +8 +50}{20} ]\\\\= \frac{2}{3}[\frac{73}{20} ] \\\\=\frac{73}{3\times 10}\\\\= \frac{73}{30}

Hence , on evaluating above expression we get answer as \frac{73}{30} .

Answer:

Let's Use Bodmas to evaluate this equation:

2/3×[3/4+2/5+5/2]

=

 \frac{2}{3}  \times \  \frac{15 + 8 + 50}{20}

 = \frac{2}{3}  \times  \frac{73}{20}

 =   \frac{146}{60}  =  \frac{73}{30}

Hence, the answer obtained after evaluation of this expression is 73/30
