Where

a =  \frac{ - 2}{5}  \\  b = - 8.25

To find: We have find the value of the expression.

Solution:

The given expression is-

(2a -  \frac{1}{3} ) \div 15b

To find the Value of this expression we have to put the values of a and b.

Then we have to find the value of expression by following the given operations substraction and division.

According to Bodmas rule we will solve the expression in bracket first.

(2 \times  \frac{ - 2}{5}  -  \frac{1}{3} ) \div 15 \times ( - 8.25) \\  =  (\frac{ - 4}{5}  -  \frac{1}{3} ) \div 15 \times  (- 8.25) \\  = ( \frac{ - 17}{15} ) \div 15 \times  (- 8.25) \\  = 0.009
