ANSWER:-

 (2x + 3y)^2

We know:-

\boxed{\bf{(a+b)^2 = a^2 + b^2 + 2ab}}

here,

 a = 2x

 b = 3y

Therefore,

\longrightarrow{(2x)^2 + (3y)^2 + 2(2x \times 3y)}

\longrightarrow{4x^2 + 9y^2  + 2(6xy)}

\bf{\longrightarrow{4x^2 + 9y^2 + 12xy}}

\huge{\sf{\orange{Answer}}}

 - {(2x + 3y)}^{2}

 - (({2x})^{2}  +  ({3y})^{2}  + 2 \times 2x \times 3y)

 - (4 {x}^{2}  + 9 {y}^{2}  + 12xy)

Now change the signs.

 -4 {x}^{2}   -  9 {y}^{2}   -  12xy

Additional~Information

Note Here I have used

.➣

 {(a + b)}^{2}  =  {a}^{2}  +  {b}^{2}  + 2ab

And signs are changed on the following bases

➣ (+) (+) = +

(+) (-) = -

(-) (-) = +

(-) (+) = -
