Solution:-

 \implies \: (2x + y)(2x - y) \\  \\

we know that formula of

 \implies \boxed{ \pink{(a + b)(a - b) = (a  {}^{2} - b {}^{2} )}} \\

 \implies \: (2x) {  }^{2}  - y {}^{2} \\  \\  \\  \implies \: 4x {}^{2}   - y {}^{2}
