1.) \:  \:  \:   ({3 \div 5})^{0} - ( {1 \div 10)}^{ - 1}  \\  = 1 - 10   \\   =  - 9

If there is 0 power of any number in mathematics is equals to 1.

and power -1 means inverse of the number,so for solving this power you can simply reciprocal the number whose power is -1
