Answer is :-

 \frac{3}{7}  +  \frac{ - 4}{9}  +  \frac{ - 11}{7}  +  \frac{7}{9}

 =  \frac{3}{7}  -  \frac{4}{9}  -  \frac{11}{7}  +  \frac{7}{9}

Taking the LCM of 7 and 9 is 63.

 =  \frac{27}{63}  -  \frac{28}{63}  -  \frac{99}{63}  +  \frac{49}{63}

 =  \frac{27 - 28 - 99 + 49}{63}

27-28=-1 and -99+49=-50

 =  \frac{ - 1 - 50}{63}

 =   \frac{ - 51}{63}

51 and 63 is divisible by 3, so reducing it the final answer we get is

 =  \frac{ - 17}{21}
