As we are following it we know how well it works. Therefore this would be one of the feature of making our country a democratic country. 

3. the constitution of india is the most important feature that makes india a democratic country by seeing everyone on the equal grounds with equal rights to live on their own without interpreting with their religion, cast etc.

In democracy a country can be rule only within limits set by constitutional law and citizens' rights.
