Answer:

12x² - xy - 6y²

Step-by-step explanation:

(4x-3y) (3x+2y)

➺ 4x (3x+2y) - 3y (3x+2y)

Here we have to multiply both the terms.

First we will multiply 4x with another term..

Multiply coefficients first then variables.

As;

4 × 3 = 12

x × x = x²

Combined => 12x²

Now same with another:

4 × 2 = 8

x × y = xy

Combined => 8xy

Now take - 3y.

N.B : Don't forget minus ( - ) sign.

Take coefficients first then variables.

- 3 × 3 = - 9

y × x = xy or yx ( both are same )

Combined => - 9xy

Same way.....

- 3 × 2 = - 6

y × y = y²

Combined => - 6y²

Combining all the terms;

➺ 12x² + 8xy - 9xy - 6y²

Now here coefficients of xy they both are subtracted ✓

Finally we get,

➺ 12x² - xy - 6y²
