EVALUATE : -7(4-y)-(y-3)

Answer : ⤵⤵

= -7(4-y)-(y-3)

= -28 + 7y - y+3

= -28 + 3 + 6y

= -25 + 6y

Now further you also solve the value of y

by taking equation equal to 0

so , -25 + 6y = 0

6y = 25

y = 25/ 6

therefore, y= 4.17

Step-by-step explanation:

-7 (4-y)-(y-3)

=(-7×4)-(-7×y)- y +4

=-28+7y-y+4

=-28+4+7y-y

=-24+6y

or

=6y-24

=6(y-4)
