HEY MATE HERE IS UR ANSWER

QUESTION TO EVALUATE

 \frac{{8}^{ - 1}  \times  {5}^{3} }{ {2}^{ - 4} }
THIS IS EQUAL TO

 \frac{ \frac{1}{8} \times 125 }{ \frac{1}{ {2}^{4} } }

NOW THIS IS EQUAL TO

 \frac{ \frac{1}{8} \times 125 \times  {2}^{4}  }{1}
THAT IS

 \frac{1}{8}  \times 125 \times 16

THAT IS

 \frac{1}{8}  \times 2000

=

 \frac{2000}{8}  \:  =  \: 250
HENCE THE VALUE IS 250

THEREFORE ANSWER = 250

8^−1 × 5^3 ÷ 2^-4

= 2^−3 × 5^3 ÷ 2^-4

= 2^−3+4 × 5^3 [∵a^x × b^y = a^x+y]

= 2^1 × 5^3

= 2×125

= 250Ans.

Hope this answers is helpful for you ✌
