Hey buddy, here is your answer.

On evaluating, the final outcome is= 250

As
 \frac{ {8}^{ - 1}  \times  {5}^{3} }{ {2}^{ - 4} }
So on changing the position of values, we get
 \frac{ {2}^{4}  \times  {5}^{3} }{ {8}^{1} }
i.e.
 \frac{16 \times 125}{8}
which is equal to 250
