(51^2 - 49^2)

= (51+49) (51-49)

=100 *2

=200... the identity used is

aSqaure -bSquare= (a+b)(a-b)

51 ^{2}  - 49 ^{2}   \\ by \: using \: the \: identity \:  \\ x ^{2}  - y ^{2}  = (x \ +  y)(x - y) \\ {51}^{2}  -  {49 }^{2}  =  (51 + 49)(51 - 49) \\  = (100)(2) \\  = 200
