Given b = -3 and c = -2.

Now,

Given : |c^2 + b^2|

= > |(-2)^2 + (-3)^2|

We know that |-a^2| = a^n

= > |2^2 + 3^2|

= > 2^2 + 3^2

= > 4 + 9

= > 13.

The answer is Option - D: 13.

Hope this helps!
