welcome to the concept of trigonometry.

we know that

 \sin {}^{2} (x)  +  \cos {}^{2} (x)  = 1

and

 \sec(90 - x)  =     \csc( x)

and

 \csc(90 -  x )  =  \sec(x)

if in yr question sec 42 instead of sec92

then answer is 3.

otherwise if it's sec92

then, it is 2 + sin48 sec92.
