Its of the form: (a+b)^2 - (a-b)^2

(a+b)^2 - (a-b)^2 = a^2 + 2ab + b^2 - a^2 + 2ab - b^2 = 4ab
ATQ,
a= a/2b &&  b= 2b/a
So, our question reads as:
4 *a/2b *2b/a - 4 = 4*1 - 4 = 0
Hope it helps.

 (\frac{a}{2b }   +  \frac{2b}{a}  +  \frac{a}{2b }  - \frac{2b}{a} \: ) (\frac{a}{2b }   +  \frac{2b}{a}   -   \frac{a}{2b }   + \frac{2b}{a} \: ) \:  - 4 \\  \frac{2a}{2b}  \times  \frac{4b}{a}  - 4 \\ 4 - 4 = 0
