as we know that
logM + logN = logMN
and MlogN = logN^M
thus,
log5 + log8 -2log2
= log 5×8 - log2^2
= log40 - log4
= log40/4 (as, logM- logN = logM/N)
= log10
= 1
logM + logN = logMN
and MlogN = logN^M
thus,
log5 + log8 -2log2
= log 5×8 - log2^2
= log40 - log4
= log40/4 (as, logM- logN = logM/N)
= log10
= 1
