Evaluate:
( \frac{1}{4})^{ - 2}   - 3(8)^{ \frac{2}{3} }  \times 4^{0}  + ( \frac{9}{16} ) ^{ \frac{ - 1}{2} }
Answer(in the book):
5 \times \frac{1}{3}
Note:

( \frac{1}{4})^{ - 2} - 3(8)^{ \frac{2}{3} } \times 4^{0} + ( \frac{9}{16} ) ^{ \frac{ - 1}{2} }

 {(4)}^{2} - 3 {(8)}^{ \frac{2}{3} } \times 1 + { (\frac{16}{9}) }^{ \frac{1}{2} }

16 - 3 {(2)}^{3 \times  (\frac{2}{3})}  \times 1 +{( \frac{4}{3} )}^{2\times  (\frac{1}{2})}

16 - 3 \times 4 \times 1 +  \frac{4}{3}

16 - 12 +  \frac{4}{3}

16 -  \frac{12}{1} +  \frac{4}{3}

16 -  (\frac{36 + 4}{3})

 \frac{16}{1} -  \frac{32}{3}

 \frac{48 - 32}{3}

 \frac{16}{3}
