heya!!! Buddy,
May be your answer is like this.It is a non-terminating reoccuring decimal so,the sign of bar is there on top of numbers showing that these two digits are reoccuring every time.Which doesn't matter...I think so...as after rounding off we just take digits upto two decimal places...
0.18-0.23+0.3
=0.18+0.3-0.23 ( Following BODMAS rule)
=0.21-0.23
=-0.2
