evaluate the mantra that codes of ethics are necessary since they represent values to which individuals should naturally aspire
Answers
Code of Ethics is a vital component of each and every part of life, and it starts right from the grass root level.
For example, in terms of business works or other services, every business should abide by certain rules and regulations and code of ethics that every employee, or manager or owners themselves are expected to follow. This is equally applicable in other works of life as well.
A code of ethics is a form of professional conduct in the form of a norm according to which every employee or worker should work in a certain way so that there can be sustainability and peace in business, and ethical principles are well followed. The same applies to other works of life as well. We should always behave ethically with one another.
They are positive means and suggest how an individual should behave with other fellow team mates, within the same workplace, or same school, or college, and how they can prevent all forms of accidents, hazards, harassment, or anything that is not good.
There are even many cases where one individual differs in his/her decisions from that of others and such cases give rise to conflicts of interest.
So the ethical principles are very important and need to be followed in every work of life.
