When there is unequality so many problems are arise .

To solve this problem it has to change our constitutes four times.
so it is necessary to do power sharing it gives us stability and no civil war arise. If civil war arise many peoples died and social and economic life are also destroyed.

we can take example of Belgium
Brussel have Belgium capitals it contains 80% french, 20 % dutch and 40% french speaking people .

French community was relatively high and powerful than dutch community , they have all the power.

So many peoples arises and they fixed this problem by power sharing , shared power among communities
