Answer:

a =  - 2 \\  \\ ( \frac{a - 1}{a} )( \frac{a + 1}{a})( \frac{ {a}^{2} - 1 }{ {a}^{2} } )  \\  = ( \frac{( - 2) - 1}{ - 2} )( \frac{( - 2) + 1}{ - 2} )( \frac{ {( - 2)}^{2} - 1 }{ {( - 2)}^{2} } ) \\  = ( \frac{ - 2 - 1}{ - 2} )( \frac{ - 2 + 1}{ - 2} )( \frac{4 - 1}{4} ) \\  =  \frac{ - 3}{ - 2}  \times  \frac{ - 1}{ - 2}  \times  \frac{3}{4}  \\  =   \large{ \boxed{ \underline{ \underline{\frac{ - 9}{16}}}}}

minnie86123456: Wont the minus sign cut?
harshitha926594: if you add two numbers with minus sign with minus sign, answer will be in minus sign (-) + (-) = (-). If you add numbers with one is of minus and one is of plus, the answer will be in the sign of largest number. Eg :- -6 + 3 = -3. when you multiply two numbers with minus sign, answer will be in plus sign.
harshitha926594: I have tried my best to explain you correctly. If any query, feel free to ask
minnie86123456: No i got it now thank you..

Step-by-step explanation:

(a^2 -1/a^2) (a^2-1/a^2)

(a^2- 1/a^2)^2

((-2)^2-(1/-2^2))^2

(4-1/4)^2

(16-1/4)^2

(15/4)^2

225/6 - ans
