MNCs is a multinational company is a company that owns or controls production in more that one nation. MNCs set up their offices where they are provided with cheap resources, cheap skilled and unskilled labour and near markets so as they are not contributing lot of money in these things and they can produce more and more goods and provide more employment to the people to increase the economic development of the country.

2)Many people get experience from such MNC's and bring new techonologies .

3)Many uneducated people get work in construction .

4)Many educated people get work in call centre or so on.
