The significance of Human Right

Explanation:

Human rights are the inherent rights inherited to all human beings, whatever our nationality, place of residence, sex, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, language, or any other status.The declaration of UDHR became base of Indian constitution  was because the founders of the country realised that the social-political-economic exploitation of the masses of India in the hands of centuries of foreign rule cannot but otherwise be rectified than by Constitutional guarantee.In incorporating them into the letter and spirit of the Constitution,the rules ,laws were formulated meant to respect the dignity of a citizen.

A human right means a right that person enjoys with his/her birth irrespective of their caste, class, society, citizenship, race, religion and so on.
