This is in the form of

$= > \: {a}^{3} + {b}^{3} + {c}^{3}$

So, Lets find the value of a+b+c.

=> 2.7 +5.4+(-8.1)

=> 8.1-8.1

=> 0.

Here a+b+c =0. So,

$= > \: {a}^{3} + {b}^{3} + {c}^{3} = 3abc$

=> 3 (2.7) (5.4)(-8.1)

=> -354.294
