 = ( 70 + 5)(70 - 5)

Note :-

(a - b)(a + b) =  {a}^{2}  -  {b}^{2}

Hence,

(70 + 5)(70 - 5)

 =  {70}^{2}  -  {5}^{2}

 = 4900 - 25

 = 4875
