\text{ In this ,  Identities are used }

\text{ 104 can be written as = ( 100 + 4  )}

And,

\text{ 96 can be written as = ( 100 - 4 ) }

\tt{ ( 100 + 4 )( 100 - 4 )}

\tt{ (100{)}^{2} - (4{)}^{2} }

\bigg[ \text{ This is of the form } \rm{ (a + b )( a - b ) = {a}^{2} - {b}^{2} \bigg] }

\implies{\tt{ 10, 000 - 16 }}

\implies{\tt{ 9984 }}
