yes evaporation increases with increase in humidity in surrounding because humidity means moisture and if there is a motion present in our surrounding then our surroundings feels like quite surprising and there are a lot of water droplets present in our surrounding which make the surrounding moisture and now the evaporation will not going to done because sufficient amount of water droplets are already present in our environment which create humidity that is why evaporation increases with decrease in humidity in surrounding
