Answer:

Unorganized sector can be defined as "The sector consisting of all unincorporated private enterprises owned by individuals or households engaged in the sale or production of goods and services operated on a proprietary or partnership basis and with less than ten total worker"

Some of the Reasons for Agriculture has been categorized under unorganized sector

Small scale of operation : Small holding farmers are more in India, they are having 1 or 2 acres. They usually don't hire labours but family members will work in their own field. Organizational structure and setup cannot be possible here.

Easy of entry : If you want to do agribusiness you can buy land and do agriculture, there is no complex procedure in starting agribusiness than starting a firm. No one is registering their farm name anywhere while starting agriculture business.

Lower Job security : There is no assured Job security for Agri labours. There is no organized holidays for them. The are all mostly daily wages.

Flexible pricing :Today the tomoto price is Rs : 10/Kg but tomorrow it may go up to Rs : 100/ Kg. There is no standard or fixed price structure for Agri produce.

Higher proportion of migrants : Anyone can quit agribusiness at anytime. You don't need report that to anyone. Nowadays most of the farmers are changing their profession due to low rainfall, water scarcity, poor prices.
