even iron get rusted, we are using for building construction as a traditional metal. is it correct if not suggest alternate metals

Yes, we can but other metals are quite expensive to use them for constructing building.

Explanation:

Iron (Fe) is in middle in reactivity series.

We can also use zinc but zinc is more reactive than iron.

We cannot use most reactive metals ( potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, aluminium)

The least reactive metal are expensive because they are in very small quantity.

So, we have only iron as our choice for construction.

The alternative is we can use steel or aluminum or any other metal instead of iron which is resistant to corrosion and fit for that use. Yeah iron get rusted but nowadays the iron are get cotted by zinc. so it prevent it from rusting. and hence as it is a strong metal so we can use this
