even iron get rusted,we are using for building constructions as a traditional metal.is it correct if not suggest alternate metals

Iron gets rusted that's true but till date there are no alternative found for iron.

well , ever since iron is being used for alternative material their is no correctly replacement found . But  some times experts says that metal composite are also an alternative for this iron like the fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) . They are more durable than the regular iron or steel and even required less heavy machinery But it is still very costly as compared to iron. So till now iron is best.
