well ...very good question..first of all who is a patriot ...the person who priortize nation before anything .....so if a person is sweeping roads he or she is giving priority to public sector before his or her work and in case of military he or she is neglecting his or her life .....so both have equal importance but we are living in a society where sweeping roads is considered the job of low .
