yeah because for one day neurons receive 180litres of blood per day by glomerulus ,through afferent arteriole and plasma and other ions are exerted by the the slit pores and podocytes in Bowman's capsule then the purified blood travels in the efferent arteriole which is curled in the neurons by by vasa recta at this time it absorb the wanted ions and urea ,reason for reabsorption: because the blood flow is high in the bowmanscapsule so all the wanted and unwanted substance are absorbed by the slit pores so they want to reabsorb the wanted nutrients by vasa recta , more amount of ions are reabsorbedby vasa recta so only they expell 1 to 1.5liters of urine only the uric acid and some unwanted ions are expelled in the form of urine
