Whenever your weight changes too much, your brain will intervene to push it back to what it thinks is the correct weight for you........ the brain performs a major function in regulating the body fat. when we stop our diet and have a little food, the brain thinks that it is the person who does not want to eat the food, and as a result the brain orders the fatty glands to give some more fat, and that's why the weight increases.
