MORE THAN 97% OF WATER PRESENT ON EARTH IS IN OCEAN AND SEAS , WHICH IS NOT FIT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION. . ONLY 3% OF FEESHWATER IS LEFT FROM WHICH MORE THAN 67% IS IN GLACIER.. SO WE HAVE VERY LESS WATER FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION. . WHICH CAUSES SCARCITY OF WATER..

it is because we are wasting so much of water and yes there is water scarcity on earth
