BECAUSE ABOUT 96% IS TAKEN BY SEAS AND OCEANS . ALSO REMAINING WATER IS IN ICE STATE AND ALSO IN CLOUDS. SO WE ONLY GET 0.006 % WATER. BUT IT IS SUFFICIENT FOR HUMAN BEING.
