even to alcohol and glucose contain hydrogen they are not considered as acid why

They are not considered acids because:-

They do not have any replaceable hydrogen atom in their molecule

They do not react with a base to give water and salt

They contain both hydrogen as well as hydroxyl ions in their molecule.

So they are neutral and not acidic.

Every compound which contains hydrogen cannot be considered as acid there are some specific properties of acid you cannot say any compound containing hydrogen an acid even some bases also contains hydrogen for eg.NaOH.
