First we breath in oxygen, than the oxygen goes in our lungs, than its take all the nutrients and make it carbon dioxide, than it is been released by breathing out.

First when we inhale oxygen and then it goes inside our lungs then in lungs it's filtered then goes more than cellular respiration occurs in which the oxygen inhaled goes inside the cells and then it forms energy and carbon dioxide and then carbon dioxide is exhaled and energy is released in every part of our body.
