because no one has the right to interfere in someone else's life. basically it gives us the privacy and the dignity which a human should get. it secures us from human trafficking. at the time of British rule people were slaved the practice of begar was in use in which the large landowners slaved people who were not able to repay the loan they have taken. this right ensures that no such inhumane things take place in the future. Also no one could be discriminated irrespective to there cast, religion or colour.
