It is true that every citizen has a right to access courts but this still proves to be a hard task for many. This is because the mechanisms put in place to start a court proceeding are usually entangled with lots of requirements that a majority are not able to fulfill. For instance the fee required to file a case does discriminate those from poor grounds. It is also hard to win a case without a lawyer and the cost of hiring one subdue many.
