Yes, I agree that every deserving action should be rewarded; likewise every reward should be well deserved. Many time a deserving action get fail to be noticed and in turn, such condition makes an active person passive. It is my imperative, therefore, to give due recognition to such action by rewarding it for uncommon achivement.

But at the same time there is need of judicious eyes to decide whether the reward given is well deserved or not. It would be injustice if undeserving person is rewarded ignoring the deserving one.
